For any cancellation requests, you may call to us at specified shop sale team. You can cancel your order for any product before shipping/delivery/manufacturing(as applicable). In case of cancellation of any Order product within 24 hours of placing the order, a full refund will be initiated. If the products are designed according to your size and appearance, 20% to 50% of the total price will be charged depending on the wastage of the product.

Refund process is initiated only after a cancellation is processed as per the Cancellation Policy. The refund amount for the orders paid online or paid cash will be refunded within 7-10 working days from the date of initiating the refund through the online account, or will be refunded to the same way, depending on the most suitable circumstances as determined by SS FURNITURE.
